The Equality Meeting was held on 12th December 2011 and was attended by 63 members.  It was chaired by Peter Moran, our Chairman.  This meeting raised a series of points which will be discussed at future Director and Management committee meetings.

A joint meeting will be held in February, between the Men's and Ladies Management Committees, to make decisions over the development of unified management committee for the future of the our club.  These joint meetings will continue until our Annual General Meeting in October when will present some decisions to be members of the club who will then have the opportunity to vote. 

There are number of events planned before the start of the season.  Please support us if you can:

Saturday 18th February: Beetle drive and followed by Pie & Pea supper.

Saturday 31st March: Spring Fayre

Friday 13th April: Pre-season Supper

The season will officially be opened on Saturday 14th April at 1.45 p.m.

Open Day
On Sunday 15th April, we intend to hold another open day to attract additional new members.  This will involve another mail box campaign to encourage new members to our club as well as asking all members to invite a friend or relative to also come and join us on our Open Day.
